Does it combine wound or damage? (wound being the black bars, damage being what gives you wounds, or lack of a certain skill pool).

Still bugged but it basically takes the HAM Wounds (Health, Action & Mind) and leverages them across all the group members.

Be careful if you have a droid or a pet in your group and they have wounds. Currently wounds are not shared (although they are distributed with pets/droids) So if you have a wounded pet in the group their wounds will not change but everyone will take those wounds from the pet. Effectivly you can keep doing this and you will have full wounds from a partially damaged pet. Hence the brokeness of it and the exploit of it.
