So I was thinking today during my worthless Russian class about a Squad Leader's role in a PvP battle. I am a fairly new Squad Leader myself and I have risen quite a few levels in the past couple days through some good runs on Dantooine and Dathomir. But here is the thought. Would it be possible for a Squad Leader to be the leader of a faction raiding party, without being overt, and be able to use his specials while remaining un-attackable by forces of the opposing faction? For example, if a groupof Imperials were to raid Anchorhead, would it be possible for a Squad Leader to lead them as a covert Imperial and be untouchable while he was using his special combat modifiers? Or would he get a TEF from doing this, or would be somehow become involved in the battle? You can see how it would be beneficial to the Squad Leader to stay out of the fray so he could provide his combat modifiers for the entire battle. That was my thought, can someone expound on it?

it has happened in the past, but i think with the new group tef ( or old not really sure) it may a little changed, i know for one after being DBed and cloning i am then covert but the PCs have tefs to me, My skills still work (if you want to call it that) and i have yet to be shot unless i shoot at them.

So yes and no to your question i think.

forgive me its early.
