Just give Squad Leaders the ability to heal mind. I think this would fit into what Squad Leaders are supposed to do, to keep his soldiers minds on track. Maybe even an AOE mind heal at master?

Oops, already been suggested, well anyways, I think this would be a very good skill for Squad Leaders and would give them a HUGE presence in PvP.
