I believe squadleader should be able to see the waypoints of his groupmates in order to give better coordination. Cutting off the time it takes to "Call out nearest wp" and "okay you lead" would be invaluable and seems a common sense ability as a leader. Now I've heard that beta had this ability for leaders of groups, and it was a mess because no one could tell each others waypoints apart. I thought of this too and that does seem logical but I have some solutions:
*Waypoints, or possibly only closest waypoint, is listed next to a group members name in the group list with distances and possibly an arrow.
OR
*Squadleader selects a group member and their waypoints appear as part of his, this would require more cycling through people, or possibly still calling out of waypoints but... still.
*Ofcourse ALL waypoints of others would be in a different color! This could make it much easier to differentiate.
The goal of this is for the leader to be able to LEAD, and for less downtime between missions. Should a camp come out or not? If so who is going to do it. Would it be better to go and get the 4 missions close together or go for the one in the opposite direction that is closer. All jobs of a leader but virtually impossible to coordinate smoothly right now.
Tell me what you think and tear the idea to shreds if you think it has flaws, I'd like to know.

This has merit as it would also show who has missions and who has not....

They already have different colors for wp, why not red or purple or something for others wps and their names next to them? Then for missions the SL can have everybody's wp and just lead on to the closest one. Also if two are next to each other you dont have to stop and ask who's it is...

Yea no it is definitely a possible idea. Easily executed from a programmer standpoint if you don't get too complex, and you don't have to. Next questions is, how does one get from idea to testing to in-game action? ***DEVS READ HERE****
