Im sorry, im a new SL and have no idea if this is an...offensive thing for me to ask. Im just getting into the Profession (Not a Holocron user) and im really excited in trying it, I think it will be a great profession to have in the GCW. People are saying you can master it very fast and was just wondering...how?

Lead a Tuskan Fort raid. I lead one tonight with a full group and in 30-45 minutes am already 3/3/4/3. It's extremely easy as long as you stand in the middle of the fort on the top. You will be in range for all SL exp. The most SL exp I got at one time was about 36k, that's with the team only killing one tuskan warlord. Don't stand around and do nothing the whole time though, help you your teammates. Use /sysgroup to tell your group strats or information on outside camps, etc. Also, make sure to use skills you get, you don't get any SL exp for using them, but by using them, your group will do better and you will get SL exp anyway. Goodluck to you.

Tusken fort is by far the best way to do it. I did it in about 7-8 hours. Toughest part was maxing out and going to get training. Just fly to Bestine shuttleport and there is a trainer right behind in the tent. Only way yo ucould do if faster than this is to have a sl in yoru group that can train you, but the max cap for xp is pretty low.

I hear this "go to fort tuskin and level up sl in a day" talk all the time too. Well, I would like to know what it is ABOUT fort tuskin?!?!

I went to the fort (Bria) and there were nothing but A$$H0les there that wouldn't even talk to me - they just doing there little guildy clique thing there. So, forget Fort Tuskin for me, for a sec. What is the best WAY to get sl xp? Is it more the number of people in group? is there some exploit there at the fort that gives more xp than should for the same CL kill with same number of people in group killed elsewhere?

give it up.

Well, I had to stop joining with 19 friends and taking Enraged Rancor missions on Dath, because the XP was gaining too fast

The reason everyone says Fort Tusken... is because there is a static SL trainer on that planet.

You can go much faster on advanced planets like dant or yavin... but you have to (or used to before player cities) take like 4 shuttles to get trained and back to the group.

If you can find a player city with a SL trainer on an advanced planet then hunt near there and level up.

Or pay a MSL to spend a few hours with you and train you whenever you need it. Someone offered me 500k once to go with his group on Dantooine and train him. I didn't take it, but I did it for a friend of mine and it was about 6 hours from novice to master. Not as fast as Dathomir but much easier to get a group.

Hopefully someone can answer this. I didnt want to start a whole new thread since this is somewhat related.

If I had my guy, and my alt on at the same time, with my alt on auto-follow. Would I get decent SL XP? Does my ALT have to do all the killing? Or can I kill all the stuff and get SL XP. Id like to get master rifleman and SL at teh same time if possible.

Thanks.
