New General Function:

Group Consent: Each member of the group has the ability to /consent a Squad Leader to Apply certain group override commands. These commands do NOT remove the ability of a player to command his toon, but allow the Squad Leader to enact certain actions that will either redirect, or place into the combat que, certain group directives.

Mobility IV - Group Burst Run: Not just a modifier to the solo BurstRun ability, but a standalone quicktime march command that would accelerate the entire goup as a unit. Requires /consent

Strategy IV - Concentrate Firepower: Overrides individual group targeting and sets them all against a single target in unison as designated by the SL. Requires /consent

Leadership IV - Group Formations: Based on the order in the group listfrom the perspective ofthe squad leader, the ability to set a group of players' passive movement while set to /follow a Squad Leader in formations, not unlike the Creature Handler formations for pets. This can be overridden by group members by actively controlling their characters, this would only take effect when they are set to /follow the Leader. Requires /consent.

Wedge Formation: Players form in a V with the pointman in front of the Squad Leader and the remaining members in a fighting wedge to the right and left of the Squad Leader.

Column Formation: Players form in a line immediately behind the Squad Leader

Morale IV - Unit Integrity: The Squad Leader's command ability inspires the unit to act as a whole greater than the sum of its parts. Removes the delays and penalties associated with Warcry, Panic Shot, and other delay attacks.

Master Squad Leader - On Your Feet Soldier!: Caused players under the effect of KD to immediately stand without costing an action of their own. Affects of Dizzy still apply to the affected players.
