Think about it, who better to lead a PA than a master squad leader! this would get rid of all the annoying PAs that come and go every day. It would also give more incentive for someone wanting to run a PA to dedicate themselves to the cause.

Sound off, let your voices be heard!!!

No. Why would the leader of a Bounty Hunter Guild want to drop all of his BH skills to be a SL to run his PA? Or an architect or other crafter? SL is purely a military role...Think Department of Defense vs. the Executive branch of the government. The SL may lead his PA on raids or hunting but should not have to be a requirement to be the leader (president) of the PA all the time.

Personnally, I dont' want to manage my PA. I like leading the raids/hunts only.

Yes, it takes a good leader to be a good Squad Leader, but it doesn't mean you need a good Squad Leader to be a leader. PAs that come and go are part of life, people come and go so that is only natural. If you want to be bitter you can say it weeds out the riffraff. *grin*

ABSOLUTELY NOT! There are trade guilds and entertainer guilds out there. Why crush that roleplay element just so we can be "special". To hell with that, I can't support it.

there are plenty of good ideas in the official discussion threads without going to such an extreme, Who have to think about what you're suggesting. Starting and running a PA is something which should be open to anyone. It allows for groups of common interest and community. Making such an all expansive (and needed) part of the game unique to only one profession, is a sure way to lose customers and just isn't right. Heck I would quit and I'm a master SL. It's almost as bad as saying that people can only equip Elite prof weapons while under an SL's leadership.
