Is volley fire bonus the only skill attachments out there for SL??

i have also seen steady aim and group terrain negotiation.

however, it is not clear what the steady aim and volley fire skill modifiers actually do.

basically i dream of a game system that does not need to help NPCs by giving them ungodly amounts hitpoints, resistances and damage, where there is no need for special damage reductions in PvP...

they all seem pretty worthless to me. would be nice if there was group defense enhancers

i even used to see rally attachments

but i have not seen one of those sinc eoctober at least
