Ill cut right to the chase as im very tired

Im going to aim for master squad leader and dabble combat medic so that i can do some healing to help the guys in the group (PvE setup i dont wanna be another diseaes spurting CM)

How exactly does squad leader Experiance work? My freind says its combat XP, but i read your profession tree and Blimey that is alot of combat XP would take weeks or months to get that much, do you get a bonus for group members or something?

I read people can master this in 2 hours, frankly i find that silly I have no interest in doing it so fast, if i take it pretty steady say a couple of 3 hour sessions a day is it going to take me Hours and hours if i lead a 12 man sharnaff group out of coronet?

I looked on allacahzam for locations of squad leader NPC trainers and theres only (3)4 in the whole bloody game ? is this still true?

There are 4 static SL trainers in the game. Player cities also can have SL trainers.

The SL xp is kinda weird. I haven't personally experienced it so I'm not sure what the exact formula is right now (I mastered before they messed with it.) I believe its based on the combat xp earned by everyone in your group multiplied by the number of people in your group. Something like that. It accumulates quickly in larger groups.

SL XP, as far as I can tell, is group combat XP mulitplied by the number of members in the group. People master it so fast because they get a 20 man group together and kill things for a couple of hours. The only thing that takes time in that case is flying to the trainers.

The static trainers are listed and thats all the original ones. A number of player cities now have trainers as well, but no one has put that list together as far as I can tell.

Enjoy the profession. Remember its more about how you play than what you can actually do.

yes, the thing that takes time is getting to trainers...that being said get in a group with 20 people/pets and hunt anything and everything, just go on a burn and pillage. SL xp seems to go by the number of people in your group X combat xp X some unknown factor
