Thread: Range on specials?

Is there a range on SL specials? Or can the SL be anywhere, on any planet issuing the commands and have their group get the bonus? Thanks in advance.

My specials have worked on group members from across the planet. Group Terrain Negotiation as well. They have never worked between planets, though.

Passive abilities work galaxy wide. Specials like retreat, formup, rally, etc effect group members that are on the same server as you. Some servers are bigger than others. For example, my buff-bot shop is on the other side of the river that forms the server boundary of Coronet. I can be on one side and a group member on the other side does not get the effects of the specials. However, Yavin 4 is only on 2 servers so I've been able to give people formups and retreats from 10,000 meters away.
