Well I finally did it, I've had SL for about a month after lauch and prior to the latest patch I was 0-3-3-3....got the rest of my skills in one day w/ a group on dantooine. While I am glad I finally made it I feel kinda cheated because after that last fix SL xp was un godly easy to obtain.....but ah well.

... there is new man in town ....

:-)
Just wanted to
/cheer
I've mastered my Squad Leader yesterday evening!
Yay!

I'm not sure how long I gonna keep it, but I love the title!
I got no Skillpoints left and am not realy satisfied with my template for my style of playing, but
/cheer
I got my Master Squad Leader badge (my second Master badge after the MM) and the title and I realy don't want to miss that one!!
For anyone who is interested in my current template:

MM - Scout 4004 - MSL (/cheer - BH 0400 - Carb 0010 - Medic 2212

I still have to redistribute my Medic Skills, I cant let got of that Crafting, because I love being independent of buying things, but currently my damage healing is not very effective ...
Anyway ...

I love this profession!

Personally, if it's damage healing you want and you want to be able to craft, I'd take what you have now, and change Medic to 2042. Pharm IV gives you access to those cool Stim D's (which you won't be able to craft with Chem II, hmm....) Either that or drop Pharm (you don't need it, as you don't get access to Cs until Pharm III.

I guess if you really want that crafting, I'd take First Aid IV, Diagnostics I, and Chem II. That will use up all your skill points, assuming you don't advance any further than what you currently have in Carbs and BH.

The Master Squad Leader title DOES look good (Congrats on getting it!) However, if you want to maximize skill points, I'd drop Mobility IV, and all of the Strategy tree. Volley Fire and is useless Steady Aim isn't a whole lot better, and there are other posts that can explain why. Dropping those boxes would make room for more Carbineer skills, if you want them. Templating with Carbineer can be really tricky sometimes.

Anyway, congrats again on Mastering! Welcome to the fold. I hope you see your value as a Squad Leader and stick with it.
