Thread: Question from a Doctor about form up command

I was thinking of going SL and just wanted to know what the range on your Form up command was. Would it work from another planet? Or would it work from 8k away? Just wondering, I could not find it with the search engine, sorry if this is a dumb "non-squad leader" question lol.

There is no one "right" answer for this. i have personallyused it from the across the same planet with no problems. I havn't been able to use it successfully from other planets but there has been reports saying it has worked. Others say it wouldn't work on the same planet.
I would say you should be on the same planet in order for it to work.

Welcome to the wonderful world of SL!
/formup clears dizzy for all group members (except the SL) and clears stun for all group members (including the SL).
The range is pretty big. I've heard that it works planet wide. I've never tried it off planet.

I believe the passives are interplanetary, most of the actives are planetary with some being immediate area (such as Rally.) As far as I know /formup is planetary.

i personally think its in some way broken. for me, sometimes its planet wide andsometimes it only when they are in range of me. I dont think you can really get a right answer on what its range is.

From a fellow Who got all he wants out of Marksman unless I switch weapons or the CU is supreme....
My solution try both Combat Medic and Squad Leader. Soon with a measly CM tree you can cure all damage and become a SL who commands respect because he shall leave no man behind. Or at least not standing... on there own two feet...
Anyway just piping up...

i have done that actually and yes when your in a group it is very useful and fun. But if you want to go kill something by yourself you cant, anything pwns you, unless you stack poos on them and run.
