1 second, but since the burst run lasts 20-30 seconds most people have it macroed between that timeframe somewhere.

How long is the timer betweeen 2 retreats? Thanks for any info!

Anyone know the exact time? About 30 seconds i guess?

nope, theburstrun seems tolast a random ammount of time between 20 and 30 seconds.

I use a 20 second timer on my retreat macro and it goes constantly. I know other people had problems with 20 seconds overlapping slightly from time to timeand messing it up so they changed it to 21 and no longer happens. Might depend on the computer or other factors

I run mine every 23 seconds and have never had a problem with it not being constant or overlapping.
