I haven't counted it, but for me (msl) it seems to last about 60 secs... emphasis on "seems"

I get around a 50/50 on a successful rally, and yes, if that first one misses... damn that wait is long

What i would like to see fixed is the group burst run bugging jedi force run out, a real pain if you have one or more jedi in your group because instantly one of MSL's more useful things can't be used for the good of the group, that is unless your jedi are understanding and/or not running away weaklings

Been testing out rally and my own accuracy while rallied. Good results! I'm not a master SL yet, I noticed rally fails to "stick" more than 50% of the time. It also has a long delay. What determines the speed of the rally ability? Does it stick more often at Master?

I just tell the non force run 2 jedi to join my group. Our Retreat command allows them to run faster than FR1 and all.
