Squad Leader Archive

I just picked up squad leader as my 3rd and final profession and i have enough skill points to go up on line of the profession. Im torn between Mobility and Leadership. I know mobility would be useful for all non scouts in a group, but i saw boost morale in action and was impressed. What i want to know is, will boost morale ONLY heal wounds and not damage? 95% of the time i have a doctor in my group that can already heal action/health wounds so boost morale doesn't help me there. But if that doctors mind is low (damage not wounds) would boost morale heal his mind damage? If it does then i could see it being useful but if it does not affect damage, only wounds, then i will get mobility. Can anyone answer this for me?
