Squad Leader Archive

Hi all, just got Tactics IV last night. Went to go check my skills box and it said "Group Ranged Aiming +30". The skill tree itself and everything I've read says it's supposed to be "Group Ranged Defense". Am I missing something? Is this a bug or correct?

If it is correct I have a follow up question, is it like auto-rally (automattically adds +30 or so oneveryone's to-hit mod) or does it require group members to individually use their aim command? In the heat of battle last night I didnt think to get any data on it.

I personally think if it's correct and is an auto-bonus on to-hit mod, that would be very, very useful to the team.
