Squad Leader Archive

I tested this and it took btwn 3 and 9 mins on 4 different occasions for my mobility buffs to affect the medics / doctors (wife is a medic so she tells me immediately when it affects her) and the same goes for ranged and melee defense, there is a variable lag as to when these buffs take place so an idea is to group well before engaging in combat... anyone else notice this?
