Wow...I went over to the Commando forum and they have gotten a lot more feedback from the DEVs on their problems than we have. That is to say...they have some responses and we have none. What is it they are doing that gets them more attention than us? Maybe we should go over there and learn something from how they are approaching the DEVs...

It'll be interesting to see how much feedback we get when Q posts his correspondent stuff later...

I suspect commando gets more attention than we do because a lot of their skills simply do not work. Theyre completely broken. Ours work (as far as we can tell) but theyare just worthless :-)

Here is the thread...

I think he is being a bit impatient, but I don't envy the position of correspondent at all.

I give SWG about 6 months from launch to entice their customer base before we see mass unsubscriptions. It takes 3 to 6 months to do anything, and I feel we are still in paid beta 4. Things can get better. What makes me nervous is the poor feedback from the Dev team on what their vision is for the professions. We are supposed to get feedback today, but I am not holding my breath!

In any business, you have to keep your customers happy to survive. In the MMORG world, thats not easy to do.
