How bout LFG terminal kinda like the terminals inside the hospital. Basicly your Squad leader can register at a terminal. Anyone looking for a group can access the terminal ,see the names of the squad leaders registered to the town, pick them and they get a beacon that kinda tracks them down for you. Of course this ability may be turned off or even a privacy setting based on faction.

We can prob also have it where with some customized controls a person who looks for you is automaticly grouped into your group. Of course we can add some switches were the squad leader can turn it off to lock the group. /lockgroup, /unlockgroup.

How bout Squad Leaders getting to put missions on those terminals for others to see.

Not exactly missions.
