If a SL is able to group with his mount, will it enhance the terrain negotiation of his mount?

seeing as how the devs hate SL I doubt it.....

Yes and no.

He will indeed continue to grant Terrain Negotiation to his group, regardless of whether he or the rest of his group is mounted.

However, as of Thuderheart's latest post, terrain negotiation doesn't affect the speed at which a mount moves up the hill.

So you still get the bonus. It just doesnt do anything.

But if you've beena squad leader for any amount of time, you're used to that.
