Thread: Terrain Negotiation Stacking

If I have Master Scout/Master Ranger and the SL terrain negotiation mods do I run faster, or is there a cap on that? I hope not cause then I can name my character Maurice Greene and run the 100m in 9.88 sec

TN 1-50 modifies Hill Climbing Speed. TN 51-100 modifies crawl speed. TN over 100 does nothing.
