1. Do you need to be grouped, to have SL abilites have an effect on you. I.E.. as an MBH, if I went MBH/SL... would I be able to receive the benefits of the new SL buffs, without being grouped?


2. If I do need to be grouped, do droids count as group members?


3. It seems like I could group with an alt who is an MSL under the new rules, and just leave him somewhere on a repeating Macro to keep me buffed. Seems fairly whacked. Is that how it's going to work?


4. Even if you have to be theSL (because off planet limitations, or near vicinity limitations are put in place), couldn't you just group with a pet (or an alt) left off planet, and give yourself all the buffs?

Am I understanding all of this correctly?

I guess it would boil down to whether or not the buffs give better advantages than the skills point totals received in other professions.
