I read about it in the forums, tested it,and wanted to spread the infothat steady aim will really help commandos with their accuracy. I used it with a novice commando and he got asignificant increase in accuracy with his rocket launcher.

Since the other combat classes get a higher accuracy with their weapons this is probably the only class that truly benefits from this ability. If you think of the amount of charges they have per weapon, the base cost of their weapons andtheir refire rate, hitting the first time isimportant.
