I can't find a darn trainer! HELP! Someone please let me know where I can find one. I found a friggin Tailor Trainer in my travels already, but alas, no SL.

Please don't turn this into a "don't waste your skill points" post. My own counsel will I keep on how best to spend my points.

Moenia, Dearic and Bestine. Rumors have one on Rori at the rebel outpost but I have not been there.
