Thread: Group terrain negotiation for squad leaders only?

Ihave a skill tape with +10 group terrain negotiation, but will it only apply if a squad leader has itor can anybody use it?

Only Squad Leaders give/get this bonus while they are leading a group. Any other player will not be able to use it.

Actually it works for anybody using the tape, you just need to be the group leader
