Ive never done squad leader before so just wondering with 0010 squad leader, can u heal yourself and your groups Dizzy and stun efficiently? or do you have to be master before it works well?

at 0010 you can remove dizzy/stun just as well as you can at master. Keep in mind that one can not use /formup while dizzy.

But you can clear your own stun.

Yes, you can only heal your own stun, but you have to be the group leader to do so. You cannot formup while dizzy. You cannot order a retreat while dizzy. I'm pretty sure you can't do any squad leader special while dizzy. Considering that how many melee attacks cause dizzy (including nearly every jedi attack), an overt or TEFed squad leader = completely useless and usually dead.

As far as i have seen SL commands only work if the members are in range, although i really havent tried it.
