Like it says, I am going to have M Pistoleer, Carbines 4400, and one other master profession. I was thinking of SL vs Smuggler. I like SL for the group benefits but am not sure if it would help me solo against anyone or ifSL is only helpful in group fights. Any thoughts?

It gives decent passive defense and some nice weapons. But if you're not much of a group player, then go smuggler. I'm irrational and stubborn so ofcourse I whent for the odd profession out.

SL probably wont help you dominate in PvP or PvE anymore than what you have with MPistols and the Carbs. so, let's compare what you can do with both profs:

SL will allow you to make yourself even more efficient (when grouped) and certainly so for your group. they will probably benefit more than you will. just remember that if you're not using your SL specials on a regular and consistent basis, you've basically wasted those skill points

smuggler will give you some cool new specials that you would not get otherwise. plus, its a psuedo crafting prof and can be a passive money make for you by sellingspices and what not.

hmm...well, there's big differences. so, like the post above says, its your playstyle that will probably make your decision for you.

Thanks for the info all. It is a tought decision trying to figure out which two areas to Master in this game. So many good options.
