Since it seems that people found it useful when I posted this for the CU... Here is the squad leader skill tree from Patch 15 today (CU Live). Yes, pistol xp is still required for three trees and combat xp for the fourth. In fact very little has changed from the test center.

Changes from original CU ontest center:
- 42k combat xp at Novice (instead of 45k)
- 110k combat xp at Tactics III (instead of 120k)
- weapons certs notlisted in skill boxes

Now it's time for me to find agroup andtry out the SL skills.

And here are the descriptions of the skills. Not much changed, if anything.

-------

System Message to Group (skill)
/sysgroup : This command sends a system message to your group members, so that they see it immediately and in the center of their screens.

Steady Aim (skill)
This Squad Leader command increases the chance for the party member's next shots to hit their target. This ability costs more or less pool points based on how many people are in the party at the time the ability is used. Use the /setsteadyaim command to set what the Squad Leader shousts when they use this command.

Volly Fire (skill)
This Squad Leader command paints a target on target enemies, giving group members a damage and accuracy boost to all attacks performed on that creature or person. This enables a Squad Leader's group to cut through a group of difficult enemies far more efficiently than a group without a Squad Leader would perform.

Form Up (skill)
This Squad Leader ability allows the leader to cure Dizzy and Stunned states of their squad members. This ability costs more to the leader based on how many group members are in the group at the time the ability is used. Use the /setformup command to set the message that the Squad Leader shouts when this command is used. The Squad Leader must be the leader of the party/group for this to function.

Boost Morale (skill)
This very powerful Squad Leader ability allows the Squad Leader to boost the morale of their troopers by re-distributing all party wounds evently among all of its members. This ability takes a heavy toll on the Squad Leader's Action and Mind pools. Use the /setboostmorale command to set the message the Squad Leader shouts when this ability is used. The Squad Leader must be the leader of the group for this to work.

Rally (skill)
This Squad Leader command improves the combat defense and to hit modifiers of everyone in the party. The Squad Leader must be the party's leader in order for this to function.

Retreat! (skill)
This very powerful Squad Leader ability drains the Squad Leader's Action and Mind pools while giving their entire group Burst Run. Intended for hard encounters gone horribly wrong, it allows the Squad Leader to show true leadership by sacrificing themself for the greater good of their group.
