i wa sjust using master marksman for the +15 to general ranged speed, but i saw the sl could give it too, and give me volley fire (pretty much needed for a rifleman) and retreat....only complaints are that volley fire has WAY too long of a cooldown timer and that retreat doesnt give the sl a burst run too. anyway my chars are a m bh m rifles 0404 sl, and a m bh m carbineer 0404 sl. hopefully with volley fire and rally ill be able to get past the 15 lvl 81 trandos on the ryyat trails and complete the quest thats taken me a week, the trando rifle.
