I am right now MCM and other professions, I am wanting to go MCM MSL and another combat profession. I am looking for a great support role for my team, which weapon would help out the most?

For your ranged professions they all work. None of the ranged professions are better than any other. They all have their own bonuses and hinderences.

Personally I like Carbineer but that's mainly an ascethic thing, I like the sound of carbines I use. I like the specials that carbineer gives me, but if I'd gone pistoleer or rifelman than I'd have liked their specials just as much.
