All Squad Leaders know this profession is one of those with a enormous potencial!
But with so much other in this game, is a total disaster.

As a Squad Leader, do I feel like one?
Not at all. I just unlocked and working on taking Squad Leader again on my new character.

Pistols XP??? W.T.F!!1!shiftone! First of all, I had planned to use the Dawnsorrow Rifle, but no.
Squadleader xp was tossed out the window, and I will become a Squad Leader with my Pistol..

Forced Template! With no intention to use Pistols. (Rifleman/MSL) I now have to do Pistoleer for pistol mods so I can level up.
Drop, then do Rifleman. Don't want to be a MSL/Pistoleer/Smuggler.

Groups. The focal point SL is built around. Yet we can't affect what bothers most. Group Limit.
To give our profession a bone. Let our leadership increase group size.
Squad Mechanic: The simple mechanics to operate as a squad is missing. System Messages does nothing.
