What exactly does it do?

Before grinding the exp for this skill I want to know if it is worth it. I'm looking to use it for PvP so I can have my group all shoot the same target.

From what I've heard, it doesn't make everyone target the same enemy, it just has everyone take a potshot at a certain target regardless of who they're actually fighting.

This game really, really needs an ability to have everyone in the group target and attack the same enemy. I think volley fire has a place, but there needs to be an additional ability that does what we actually need...call it Spot Target, Focus Fire, anything.

Forcing people to attack a target would be amusing, but some people no doubt would take offense to you controlling them (don't ask me why - people act really weird).

Simple solved by grouping on/off switches.

For example.

You join a group. Little window pops up. "This group lead by Squad Leader XXXXX". Do you accept his command? Yes/No.

Can still group but won't be forced to do what the SL does. This allows people to place trust into a Squad Leader that he can direct them through a fight. If the SL fails then people can switch off his command as needed.
