1. Static Bonuses - How does anyone know these work at all? With all the bugs (no PA terms for more than a week), Im skeptical. In other games, when your bonuses are changed from the default, they are a different color. Therefore, groups should have either an ICON on their bar OR under "Skill Mods" a green colored bonus showing that in fact they do work.

2. Special Abilities - For PvE they are very poor, for PvP (due to the speed of PvP, which is another issue) they are worthless.

sysgroup - So what? It's white, why not just use /g? Give us instead a "Move Group In Formation" key that auto follows the entire group and moves when I move.

Volley Fire - Due to the delay and it failing, close to worthless. Then the players go back to their original targets. Change this to be instant and the target sticks. A Squad Leader wouldn't say "Target Joe Blow", everyone shoots once, then just randomly goes back to other things.

Boost Morale - Once again, worthless. How about this gives healing to all party members or gives them damage resist for a time. I like the healing idea. You click "Boost Morale" and each member of the party gets a full heal on their HAM bars. You could even give the SL a penalty such as permanent wounds, fatigue, or huge mind cost.

Basically, other than a cool title, I'm not sure SL is worth much currently. It is CERTAINLY nowhere near in power to other Advanced Professions (cough Creature Handler).

I would hope it gets a long hard look and adjustments are made.

Static Bonuses-As with many other games you have to play test them to see first hand how well they are or aren't.

Volley Fire-I agree all party members should continue firing at your selected target.

Boost Morale-You need to play with this skill more. This is one of the best skills in the game IMO. This vurtially eliminates attrition and keeps you fighting. People love my hunting parties, why? Because they are non-stop and no one rarely has to sit and wait for wounds to heal.

PvP-Again you'll have to play test the statics to have faith in them but as far as actives, how many are used by other classes. A rifleman almost always uses headshot/mindshot exclusively. As a SL my main active is again Boost Morale. This gives a group longevity. Yes kills happen in seconds, but is the battle over? Heck no, they clone and come back, rinse, wash, repeat. You party will have wounds, some people more than others, and the ability to spread wounds evenly keeps your party at almost peak condition. Rally I use before we charge the enemy, not while in the fray. Group Terrian Negotiation, while a passive, is overlooked as a PvP skill. Sure why have over 100 in it...why have over 50? Well ask the doctor or Swordsman in your group who dont have Exploration. This is extremely valuable to keep the group mobile.

I guess I shouldnt worry if people do not find the value in my chosen profession, and let those who are fusturated move on to another profession, but I have a hard time doing so. I would like to see those who want to become a SL enjoy it as I do. Well im done trolling the boards and its time to get back to playing on my day off.

With +30 to both at best it's stillnegligible at best. To compensate I believe that we need + to stun, blind, dizzy. etc added to help.

I agree with this one. But if someone is in a combat medic support role and busy trying to heal members they should not be made to go into combat mode. Some way of letting us select groups that will attack.

This skill is broken atm. It should not be used to exploit as it currently is doing. Why should I be able to heal wounds? I should not. You should only redistribute all wounds also not just mind, action and health pool wounds.

Its valuable but its not something that most group's would choose over having say a full blown combat medic. Who can area group heal.
