Squad Leader Archive

Ok from reading over these boards I agree with everyone that there is little incentive to being a squad leader. I am working towards being one because I think grouping is one of the best parts of mmorpgs.
Anyway I have an idea that might make a group desire having a Squad Leader lead them. As of right now a player can only store 2 missions in their datapad. Being grouped with a squad leader would be great if it boosted the amount of missions you could hold. Pretty much what I am saying is that, for example, as you rise up the leadership tree or whatever you gain the ability to hold more missions and the people in your group are able to do so as well. This would allow you to stay out in the field for longer periods of time.
I don’t know if this really has any merit but it is something that I would use.

If you had really read other posts on this board, you'd have seen the 2-3 other threads already with this as an in-depth discussion.
