basically, if you use Boost Morale, or Rally, etc. do the defense bonuses or volley fire, affect the pets (faction pets and/or ch pets, and droids)

Short answer: Yes.

However, Boost Morale does NOT give or remove wounds from pets (they're still counted in the equation to distribute wounds, though). In particular, passive bonuses help pets - group terrain negotiation in particular is extremely handy with certain pets.

/formup does not remove dizzy or stun from pets

In my experiences, passive bonuses not only don't help pets, they don't help yourself or your groupmates either.
