Thread: Positive posts..Finally!
This hearty THANK YOU is for those who have been posting tips, tactics and other positive postings lately. It has appeared that our forum has been filled with "Why I hate SL" and "Heres how to fix SL" posts. While its great that people are coming up with ideas, we are better served right now with the sharing of ideas of how to use what we have.
As a fairly new SL, who only has the /sys ability, I have been thoroughly enjoying the pseudo-roleplaying feature this gives me. In fact the hunts that I have led this past week, while utilizing an array of /sys macros has been some of the most involving and enjoyable times I've had in this game so far.
So without getting too far off topic, I just want to say THANKS to the SL's who are making the best of it, enjoying themselves and sharing some great tips and ideas. I can't wait to get home and try some of these things out!

As someone on the other end of the SL tree, I commend you for your enthusiasm. This class needs more people like you.
I'm just wondering why all the people who dropped SL not only lurk to keep abreast of the state of SL, but post to tell us how much they hate it! Then of course, there are the players who post to let us know that they don't want to be SL, gotta love this forum!

Yeah, this forum needed a bosst, and I'm feelin' the love. I learned so much from theall the /sys threads, that I have aliases and macros for all sorts of commands which I"ve subdivided and adjusted to give me all sorts of command flexibility. couldn't a done it without y'all's suggestions.
Here's to SL's helping each other out!
p.s. It's VERY interesting to read discussions about how SL's with different Combat specialties use the skills. It demonstrates to me that the specials might not be as terrible as one might make them out to be.... Ok, they are f'd up, but theyserve different purposes to different types of fighters; Commmandos, TKA's, Pistoleers, Carbineers, Riflemen, Smugglers, et. al. Our techniques are so different, there is a lot to share... Tell me more!!!!! ^_^
