I had a couple of questions regarding the proposed changes in pub 24 if anyone's been on TC could answer them.
Group Buffs: Steady Aim, Call to Arms etc- How long do these buffs last for and if i havemy team buffed with steady aim and i hit call to arms does this cancel the first one out or will I have to wait until steady aim has worn off?
Individual Buffs: Toughen,High Yield etc - Again how long do these last and is there a warm-up on them? Alos what are the mind costs like, if I try and do a group buff and then a number of individual buffs am I gonna be completely out of mind.
Range of Buffs: much as we try and keep our teams together sometimes members get separated in places like DWB and avatar, if i team member got lost and i could see from his HAM that he is taking heavy damage would a individual buff work on him ifI have lost LoS.

They last 30 minutes each. If you want to switch from one to another, just issue the new one and the old one is replaced. Due to a bug, the old one is replaced on the SL only, at the moment... groupmembers get the new buff and keep the old one.

Currently you can only give one person such an individual buff. There is no warmup, but the buffs normally have a cooldown of 10 minutes. With double time, it can be reduced to a little bit below 8 minutes. Duration of them is 8 minutes, so you basically can only keep one individual buff active on one teammember, which is not the SL himself.
Costs on action and mind are insignificant, since you can only use it with long breaks in between, anyways.

As soon as applied, buffs currently seem to have not the slightest range limitation. You buff, you go to different planets, you still got the buffs... welcome to the SL buffbot.
The only limitation seems to be when the buffs are applied on the group, from my observations i would guess that 64 meters are the max. range of giving the buffs. Anyways, this is just observation from some fighting, when sometimes somebody didn't get the buff because he was too far away, i did not test to determine the exact distance.

Does this mean that if i have an 8 man squad I cannot for example give my 3 melee guys a Toughenbuff and my 4 ranged guys a High Yieldbuff? If i use Toughen on one person then I cannot use it on anyone else for 10 minutes?
Also can I buff myself with an individual buff as part of a team?
