Squad Leader Archive

I think it wouldbe good for a squad leader to be able to set waypoints for the groupthat automaticaly pop up on squad members maps/screens? Also the ability to draw battle plans on the map so you can show people how you want them to get to the waypoint would be useful. Perhaps being able to give different waypoints to different members would be useful as well? You could then organise attacks on 2 fronts on an enemy or have some members waiting in the wings ready to pull critters off the main force if, say, the medic gets attacked.

Would tie in nicely with the scout/pointman idea whats already been talked about.

This seems to me to be the sort of thing a squad leader should be able to do. Im thinking along the lines on Mech Commander or the Natural Selection Halflife mod.

Whats anyone else rekon?!
