i have some CA's with this mod...

does this work?

are there conditions?

must have nov squad leader or works on any leader?

As far as i know, it works even if you are not SL. Even more interesting, these CAs are definitely not interesting for a SL who made the first branch as he's already giving the maximum bonus for running. (Only crawling will get a bit faster... not that deciding, usually.)


Supposedly the CA can be used by non-SLs, too... for those it could be interesting when leading a team.
