What is the command like "/tell" and "/reply" to send a system message to your group?

Actually the message turns up among the other system messages... Where no other player can place a message.

Some people immediately react on them, others i found to completely ignore those messages... also depends on what you're doing, when busting lairs, the system itself spams that so much, nobody looks at it any more...

The "automatically ignoring" part usually comes from veteran players who have learned to mostly ignore the XP notifications, loot notifications for garbage creatures, and other such nonsense. Using colors to enhance your system messages usually gets everyone's attention real quick.
