oops hit enter too soon anyway im regulary grouping with10 to 15people including pets and hunting on lok i can still only get about 1 to 2k per kill im having truble getting xp this way anyone have any suggestions im hereing people getting one million sl xp in a day and i think der god if only...

tips would be appreciated

Well, I'm also a pistoleer and on Lok, hunting vesps is king. You have a CH send in his pets, the vesps (usualy 5) all agro onto the pets. Then you peel them off one by one. Get about 2000 weapon xp per vesp. In a large group this is 7-10k SL xp per vesp. You can ding the lair and draw out the 5 vesps 2 times (after the initial spawn. That means you get roughly...well call it 70k SL per vesp lair (you don't always get the ideal xp per vesp.) In that group everyone got vesp destroy missions, guaranteed vesps. Few days...lots of xp.

How much combat xp are you getting? At that amount of group members, you should at least be getting 150% of combat xp in the form of SL xp. Might just be that your group is outdamaging you. Remember, you only get slxp based on the damage you do.

thanks a lot, ill try hunting vesps. but one more question what would u say is a large group i have problems keeping large groups satisfied with the xp they r getting doing missions is hopelss with the money u could be getting soloing so what would u say is the best combination? size wise thanks

There are two different ways to calculate SL xp. The way I prefer is Weapon xp multiplied by number of people in the group divided by 4. So, for ever 4 people in the group you add one to your multiplier. In a 20 person group you get 5 times your weapon xp.

But you don't need that to all be players. You could have five players (including yourself.) lets say they all have a bot. That makes 10 in the group. Then 4 have a CL 15 pet and one person is CH and has 2 pets. That's a 16 person group for the price of five players, usually 2 of which need weapon xp while the others get their xp other ways. You are getting 4 times your weapon xp in SL xp now. You park all the pets and bots out of combat, but keep them within 64m of you when you get kills and they count for you.

Its a bit of an exploit, but the class is a bit of a waste, so its a wash.
