Thread: Read Before Posting:
Please look back 3-4 pages before you post to see if a discussion has been bought up already (what skill to get first, where trainers are, etc.). Lately it seems we have 2,3,4, or even 5 threads on the exact same issue. Don't be afraid people will miss your point - people do read past the initial post... at least the one's that matter do. Let's keep our boards straight, to-the-point, and organized. ![]()
Thanks for your help!

*nods* I've used that to find any of the informaiton I've needed. We may not have an edit, but we have a search feature!
Suggestion that might help keep things organized on this forum,
Could we make a FAQ thread? Take the frequent questions and answer them all in one thread and make it sticky? I agree that industrious folk can find the answers anyway, but making it semi-official will make it easier to find info and give it a stamp of approval. I know you do a lot of work Vem so if you don't have time to collect it I'm sure somone else would be willing (even I would be willing...if you'll have me). Also, would it be bestif only the correspondent (or whoever theFAQ keeper is) could post to the thread and it was sticky? That would keep useless posts out and keep it a pure source of info I'd think.
Just a thought...

Hey Vem...I compiled the FAQ a while ago...still not stickied.

Oh...so it wasn't a FAQ you wanted, it was a guide to playing SL? My aim with the FAQ was to answer the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that show up on the board. If you remember, the goal was to keep the repeated posts down to a minimum. I believe the FAQ addresses most of those questions. As for writing a guide for how to play SL...I guess I could do it, but I'm very likely not the best for that. Stickying the FAQ will be beneficial to the board. Having a guide on how to play SL would be good too...but that doesn't mean a sticky FAQ is a bad idea.
