Squad Leader Archive

i just got steady aim and i was trying to /set it, i thought typing:

/setsteadyaim <message>

would set it so that everytime i used steady aim the system message would be <message> but what i got was:

system message: 'the squad leader steadies your aim' (or what ever the defult is)
my character says: "<message>"

am i doing something wrong?

i tryed doing this: /setsteadyaim /sys <message> and what it did was:

system message: 'the squad leader steadies your aim' (or what ever the defult is)
my character says: "/sys <message>"

so if anyone knows what im doing wrong please tell me, unless this is whats supposed to happen, but like i said i thought the /set was supposed to change teh default system message the skill uses

It works like this:

You set a message and that is what your character says when you activate the ability (Steady Aim / Formup)

It will always say the system message.

o, well then i guess i read the other threads about this inncorrectly.... o well
