I'm looking to re-do my character AGAIN!

I'm looking to try and max out my guilds group hunting abilities. In doing so I am looking at becoming a Squad leader.

So my question for you is this: How effective is VOLLEY FIRE?

I find it largely unimpressive. If your group isn't comprised of raw newbs they probably already know which target they should be firing on. This skill could be replaced by some RL communication skills without spending any xp or skill points. Best use would be in a chaotic group where people are just going berzerk on a crowd of mobs and there is one mob (or imperial)that is crushing someoneand could be taken out in one round if everyone fired on it once.
