It's true. If Doctors couldn't earn XP or use abilities all the servers would come down in 5 minutes for a hotfix. This is totally unfair, biased, and repugnant.

They are incompetent morons, just forget about getting fixed....Ive waited a long time and I can now see they won't fix this proffession until maybe a year passes. When did they say they were fixing smuggler? A LONG time ago, supposedly had a programmer tasked to fix smugglers. Any progress? Nope none,nada, zilch.
They aren't capable of fixing the broken proffessions.
