Master Squad Leader Arwyen Sojourn reporting in! After a rollercoaster ofSquad Leader xp equations,I've finally mastered!I tip my hat toevery squad leaders as I think we are what promotes new novice SLs into class (holo aside).

Also, thought I'd share the statement in the subject of this post, "Hey lady thanks for using up my speed burst' because it expemplifies what we endure day in and day out. A member in my group yelled this at me..after I used Retreat to get our party in position to engage a Krayt... You're welcome.

You're correct CalipsoX, retreat gives a burst of speed to the group at the expense of the Squad Leader. That small burst can be a significant edge when competing with other hunting parties. It's ironic that someone might think Squad Leaders would "make you use your speed burst"..

Yeah go figure Arwyen. I've got a feeling that our skills are being seriously misunderstood by the people we lead.

Might I suggest a Squad Leader Awareness Program?

I liked being blamed for the lag on Dathomir when I was using Rally to get three melee fighters out of Dizzy.

It is certainly just a slip but as we have so many Holocron-guys here who may not know it, I'd like to correct that:

You use /formup to clear stun and dizzy-effects of your squad...

Im not a squad leader but my friend is and as far as i can remember retreat doesnt use anyones burst run...it just gives a small burst at the expense of the leaders ham isnt it?

As my friend stated after I got this skill....

Think of a group with 15 squad leaders...we could travel much faster!

As a matter of fact, unless it was fixed, if you /retreat and then they burstrun they will travel at x4 speed (instead of x2) for the duration of the /retreat (or they burstrun and you /retreat them.) It is disconcerting to see people running at you that fast in this game. Try it sometime. Guarantee the melee classes will love you to death.
