Umm, great place to insult the proffession. You'd think you'd either insult Squad leaders behind their back or something. Quite the common sense you got there.

He's not insulting SL he's stating fact. We do deserve decent skills that work. We do deserve an xp system that isn't a joke...if it had decent skills that work. No offense taken, SL is gimped. It works as implemented but if its as intended the Devs are awfully cruel...

I was bored on Sunday and decided I would Master Squad Leader for a laf. I learned Novice SL and went off to Fork Tuskan. Without 3 hours of leading a group of around 15 members I had mastered Squad Leader. 3 hours!?! Not only is it a joke in the fact you can master it in that amount of time, the skills you can are useless! Volley fire sounds useful! Indeed it does. But when I tried use it I had to try it 9 times before it suceeded! This is at Master Squad Leader. The fails rates are FAR too high for a profession which has useless skills anyway. Naturally I dropped it straight away but I thought I would just voice my views because all those people who like this profession deserve some decent skills which work!

Whoever has voted it a 1 star rating has not READ the post! I am not saying Squad Leader idea is crap. I am saying it needs better skills and a decent EXP system. Please read the post in future instead of just adding a rating.

Here Here the man is right I have a few useful tricks as Squad Leader but those are few and far between

Tricks I use

If I have a TKA in the group I get that person to meditate while I balance the groups wounds untill the group is healed. It only takes a few seconds. Mind wounds and all.

Call Retreat while Melee guys are rushing after a player kiting them (I am a Master Rifleman so I stay in the back)

And Call form up over and over

Other than that I get play around with changing the color of my sysmessages so people will get a heads up about things around them.

That is about it other than that the boxes of SL are usless and empty and sometimes I think why do I even look on this board. I look every day Hoping beyon Hope that something ANYTHING will be done to upgrade this weak profession

hehe, i found out a secret message when they were switching the forums around again from the head dude to the coorispondents about how they arent fixing any profesions for a while tell space expansion and only working on jedi *sigh* This game is fun but i really have no @#$@#ing clue what they are thinking

also i think that are ranged defense is pritty cool, put a rifleman with some other damage defense stacking things and you have got an invinsible group. A squad leader is someone who sacrafices there best ability to make evreyone else able to above there best.

Hehe. You misread that post then when you got access to the corr boards. TH didn't say they weren't fixing professions before SE...
