ultimate squadleader sould be
marksman 0/0/4/4 scout /4/4/4/4 ranger /0/4/4/0 squaleader /4/4/4/4 medic /2/2/3/0
unfortanly this cost 251 skill points

I have found that as a Squad Leader I can keep medic out of my template entirely. I always have at least someone with medic skills in my group to heal themselves and others.Plus I wouldnt want to tie my mind up in that.
Ranger is something I do miss to go along with my SL skills.

Irott...I've been wondering for a while...why do your posts appear to be riding the short bus? Is there a reason it only takes up half the post window?

Deplomatic, I made a post called 'SL and other professions' that you can post your comments on where I also give a point breakdown that you might find to be enlightining, or at least interesting. Your comments are something I was hoping to get when I made that post.

What is the significance of taking 3 boxes in Pharmacy in this template?
I'm not sure where I'd spend the points, but they seem wasted in Pharmacy. Maybe the 1st boxes in rifle and pistol, in case you want to compliment your current group with the same damage specials.
The rest of the template looks pretty good.
