Does the Tactics 1-4 line , "group ranged defense +10" etc apply to yourself also? even if you are not in a group? or does that modifer only works when you are in a group?

That line does not work. It does not apply to anyone in the group. It does not apply to anything. Broken broken broken.

I was wondering this myself since it always shows up in My Skill Mods, but I know all the passive bonuses we have are broken so yeah.
