I wanted to know where I can locate better information about the squad leader abilities and skills. The breif description in my profession tree (in game) isnt good enough.

Group Burst Run Efficiency: Decreases the cost of using Burst Run for all group members

[all passive bonuses]: no function

[all other active skills]: decreases your Mind Pool by 150-250 points
